Well the challenge is on! A couple of us started a challenge at WebDigity Forums to see who could be the first to get their web related blog ranked in the top 100000 at Technorati.

Now this is where I need your help! Don’t tell the others, as they may feel left out and cheated… I am one of the furthest from the target; I need all the help I can get.

Please could you help me by giving me tips on achieving this goal we have set? I am sure that one of the main ranking criteria is the number of blogs that link to the one in question. I am also sure that there are other factors, but I don’t know what they are.

If your writing skills are up to scratch and it is an interesting subject, your article will be scattered all of the web and your URL will be posted along with it. This will generate traffic and set up some backlinks to your site.
