I would agree with you that people are more likely to be captured by the vision and it could also cut down on invalid clicks, so I think users should be paid more for these sorts of clicks. I have noticed on one of my sites that if you mouseover certain image ads (ringtone for example) a short music loop is triggered. Thats not a new ad type though, its been around for a while.
