Congratulations to our first winner Net Resources, a Web Design Company in Edinburgh, Scotland!
I saw this site and could see straight away that it was a quality site. It validates, both CSS and XHTML, and has a fresh look and changing them (in the header) for each page. They have a PR6 and have decent traffic according to Alexa too.

As a simple prize to start with, I am awarding Net Resources $3 to their listing in The 100 Lists Web Directory. I know $3 is small, but at least it will get them to the top of their category of the directory!
